Messaging Policy

Effective September 16, 2026 · CyberNetX LLC

If you received a text message about an appointment and want to know what it was, who sent it, or how to stop receiving them, this page answers that. The short version: reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

Who sends these messages

Messages sent through talaria are sent by the individual practice or business that holds the account, using a toll-free number registered to that practice. CyberNetX LLC operates the platform that delivers them.

If you received a message, the sender is the practice named in it. They hold your contact details and the record of your consent.

What is sent

Appointment reminders and confirmations. Notifications about your account or visit — for example a change to an appointment time, or a request to complete a form before arriving. Urgent operational alerts, such as an unexpected closure.

Messages are transactional and relate to a relationship you already have with the practice.

How often

Message frequency varies by practice and by your own appointment schedule. A typical patient receives a small number of messages around each appointment — commonly a reminder a few days before and another the day before.

Practices configure quiet hours and frequency limits, and the platform enforces them.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving messages from that practice. Your opt-out is processed immediately and we keep a permanent record of it so that it cannot be undone by a later data import.

Reply HELP to any SMS for information about the messages and how to reach the practice.

For email, use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent at no charge to you by the practice, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Support

For help with messages you have received, contact the practice that sent them — they hold your records and can update or remove your details.

For questions about the messaging platform itself, contact CyberNetX LLC at support@cybernetx.co.
